Despite the ever changing Covid-19 situation, Reflections & Glory is fully operational, and we will continue to process orders and get your purchases to you in the fastest lead times possible.
Small and In Stock Items
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from order. This means that if you place an order on a Monday after mid-day then you can expect to receive your order between the Thursday of that week and the following Tuesday. In time, we will be offering a 24 hour delivery service – please check back for updates on this. If you need your parcel faster than our standard service then contact us on email@example.com and we will try our best to help.
The cost for our standard delivery is £5.99 and delivery is free for all orders over £75.
Large Items and Made to Order Items
Delivery timescales are quoted on the item page, we will always endeavour to get your items to you as fast as we can, we aim, in every case to beat the longest timescale shown. We will always be honest with you; we will keep you up to date throughout the process, so you know when to expect your delivery. We have all been the victim of lengthy delays and lack of contact when we have made purchases, that’s not the experience we want our customers to have. We are always at the end of an email or phone call if you want to check in with where your order is up to.
We expect to be extremely busy around the festive period and recommend orders are placed before 14th December to guarantee delivery for Christmas. Orders placed after this date can be sent on a priority service please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation for this service.

Please note that our delivery charge does not include the import tax or duty payable in your own country. This charge will be calculated by the delivery company at the point of destination and will need to be paid by you.
Northern Ireland and The Highlands & Islands
Shipping for larger items to these areas may incur extra shipping costs. Please contact us for a quotation.
Once your order is ready, we will book it in with our couriers, please don’t forget to supply your email and telephone numbers as you will be contacted by our couriers with a time and date of delivery. If you need to change any of the address or date details, you can do this direct with the courier using the communication they send you.
Incorrect, broken or Missing Orders
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, or you have items missing from your order, please contact us on email@example.com quoting your order number and will make sure things are put right.
Access issues to your address
If you know in advance that there will be issues delivering toy our property, please contact us to discuss before ordering. We work with the UK’s best courier companies and hopefully we can find a solution.
Our Refunds & Returns Policy
Have complete peace of mind shopping with Reflections & Glory, if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days from the day you received it for an exchange or refund to the full value, minus the cost of the delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you are returning an item for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. We allow 14 days from receipt of the return to the refund being paid back to you via the original payment method. The only items we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on are our bespoke or made to order goods.
Please follow the steps below to return an item to us
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number to let us know to expect your return.
2. Re-package the goods in the original packaging
3. Book a courier or take your parcel to a post office and make sure that its insured for the value of the item you are returning. If the goods don’t arrive back to us in perfect condition, we will be unable to process your refund or exchange and you will need to claim on the insurance.
4. Once your return has been received, we will notify you and you can expect the money to be paid back via the original method within 14 days.
Cancelling an Order
The best ways to cancel an order is either via email email@example.com. As long as the goods haven’t gone out for delivery, we will be happy to cancel the order and refund the purchase. If goods have already left you will need to follow the returns process as detailed above. Please note we may not be able to cancel ‘made to order’ items. The sooner you contact us in those circumstances, the more chance there is that we can help by offering a refund.
